Banana mylk is a great plant based alternative- if you are looking for a lower fat alternative or you forgot to soak your nuts to make nut mylk. It is super easy too! You can also turn this into a super food elixir by adding a tsp of maca powder or lucuma powder. This is not a mylk you can make in a large quantity and store in your fridge. It needs to be consumed right away.
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 cup of water
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract.
You could add a pinch of cinnamon if you like as well.
Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. This is awesome as is or you can pour over cereal or a fruit salad.
