The water and meat of 1 young Thai coconut
½ lemon (including peel)
1 inch nub of ginger (including peel)
2 cups of greens (I use the power greens from Costco and throw in the freezer)
2 frozen bananas
1/5-2 cups of frozen cherries
2 tbsps spirulina powder
Put the coconut water and meat, lemon, ginger, greens and spirulina in blender and blend until smooth. Add frozen fruit and blend- add a bit of water if needed. Makes 2 servings. I put 1 in the fridge for later consumption.
