This Garlic White Bean Dip takes just a handful of ingredients and is ready in about 5 minutes (not including soaking the cashews)! It’s a delicious smooth vegan dip that you will want to have ready in your fridge all the time! It contains no oil which makes it guilt free and heart healthy!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of raw cashews (soaked in warm water for 30 minutes, drain)
1 can of white beans (drained and rinsed)
3 large cloves of garlic
2 medium lemons- juiced
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp of dried parsley
Put all ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth. Great with crackers, raw veggies, pita bread, or sandwich spread.
