Serves 4
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs Power Greens (Costco)
4 cups frozen mango
1 whole lemon (or lime)
16 ounces of coconut water (more if need)
1/2 avocado
1 ounce of chia seeds
Fill blender with greens and a cup or 2 of coconut water. Blend down. Add rest of greens and blend until smooth. Add mango, chia seeds, and lemon or lime. Blend until smooth. This is a super green smoothie. The lemon/lime will bring out the flavor of the mango.
