Here is another tasty hummus recipe and a way to get more kale into your diet!
Ingredients:
1 packed cup of kale
1 packed cup of basil
2 large garlic cloves
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
juice of 2 lemons
1 tbsp pine nuts
1 tbsp of tahini
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 can of garbanzo beans (drained)
Put ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Serve with cut veggies, roasted potatoes, or whole-grain crackers.
