From an early age I was fascinated with the human body, equally amazed by its resiliency and ability to do what seemed impossible. In my adult life I have explored the spectrum of a healthy and not-so healthy lifestyle and through these experiences have gained strength and learned to trust in myself and my bodys intuition. The birth of my first child was a turning point in my dedication to fitness and nutrition from an on-again/off-again practice to an all-encompassing lifestyle. After discovering and nurturing a way of life devoted to movement, balance, and nourishment, it gives me great joy to share with others what I have learned, so that they too may unlock their true potential in health and fitness.
