HIIT & STRETCH
Burn fat and boost metabolism in this workout. High-intensity interval training is proven to burn the most body fat as you create a larger afterburn effect. After a 10 minute, you’ll HIIT 30 Minutes. Then, we will roll right into an awesome 20 minute stretch workout. A full-body stretch to lengthen and improve range of motion.
