'Tis the season! Pumpkin season that is. This smoothie is protein rich making it a great pre or post workout smoothie. It is so delicious, if you love pumpkin anything you will love it!
1/2 can of organic pumpkin puree
1.5 frozen bananas
1 tbsp of hemp seeds
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
3 whole pecans (I can only get them in halves- so 6 halves)
4-6 Medjool dates (soak in warm water for 30 minutes and pit them)
1 cup cold water
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Makes 1 serving.
