Oat mylk is so easy to make and super tasty. It is also less expensive than nut milk with less calories too!
Ingredients:
1 cup of oats (soaked for 30 minutes, drain and rinse the oats well)
4 cups water
4 medjool dates (pitted)
1 tsp vanilla
Put all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Strain through a nut mylk bag. Put into a mason jar and store in the fridge. Makes a great coffee creamer. Leave unsweetened if you are using in a savory dish.
