ready for a pumping pumpkin good time.
Equipment: 1 Pumpkin or Pumpkin of various sizes for the upper and lower body.

The Warm-up: 45sec Each 2x
- Ghostly Good mornings
- Dead bugs
- Jumping Jack O Lantern Jacks
- Monster Kicks
- Scary Skaters
- Spooky Squats
- Bootastic Burpees
The Pumpkin Circuits:
60/45/30 sec per exercise OR
1min each exercise x 2 or 3 sets
Round I:
- Squat to overhead Pumpkin press
- Bent over Pumpkin rows
- Pumpkin front raises or heartbeat
Round II:
- Pumpkin bicep curl with curtsy lunge
- Pumpkin DL
- Alternating reverse lunge with a Pumpkin twist
Round III
- Lateral Pumpkin Jump Overs
- Pumpkin Plank jacks
- Pumpkin Side shuffle TD
Wicked Core Round:
- Pumpkin Sit-ups
- Pumpkin Plank taps
- Pumpkin Russian Twist
