4 frozen bananas broken into chunks
2 Tbsps of raw almond butter (or you could use 32 ounces of raw almond milk in place of almond butter and water)
1/4 cup of raw cacao powder (my favorite brand is HealthWorks and can be ordered on eBay)
32 ounces of water (or almond milk)
Blend thoroughly and enjoy.
