10 Star Jumps (Power Jacks)
20 High Plank w/ opposite knee to opposite elbow
30 “Reach for the stars” jumps (jump squats with OH reach)
40 Plie Squats
50 Second plank w/ alt leg lifts
Repeat 4 rounds for the “4th” of July
