1 lb Spinach or Kale
1 tbsp spirulina powder
8-10 frozen bananas
¼ cup of chia seeds
¼ cup of raw cacao powder
Fill the blender with spinach, kale or a mixture- all the way to the top, add the spirulina powder and 2 cups of water (you could use almond milk or rice milk if you choose). Blend down. Add in 8-10 frozen bananas, the chia seeds and cacao powder. Fill the blender with water and blend. If it isn’t sweet enough for you then add a couple of pitted medjool dates.
This serves 4-5 depending on size of serving. I usually pour a qt for myself and then split the rest with my 3 sons.
