64 ounces fresh squeezed orange juice (I buy the unpasteurized oj from Trader Joe’s)
4 ounces of basil
1 cup of fresh spinach
1 tbsp of chia seeds
Blend all of the ingredients until smooth. Serves 5 (I usually drink 32-48 ounces and my 4 boys split the rest).
