Who doesn’t love ice cream?? It is the best! Creamy, cold, sweet. With banana nice cream you can eat a whole bowl with no guilt. Full of fiber. One serving has 10 grams of fiber, even more if you top with more blueberries or sprouted and dehydrated buckwheat like I did. Let’s get started!
Ingredients:
4 frozen bananas cut in pieces (put these into your blender and let defrost for about 10 minutes)
1/4 cup of water
1 tbsp of raw almond butter
1 cup wild blueberries
Blend above ingredients until smooth. Serve and top with more blueberries, unsweetened coconut, buckies (hulled buckwheat, soaked, sprouted and dehydrated until crispy), or other fruit.
Serves 2.
