We provide great workouts, nutritional guidance, and a certification program for all coaches and owners from our dedicated corporate team.   • How do I figure out if a Kaia FIT franchise is a good fit for me?

  • How long does the approval process take?

    If you’re ready to get started and be in business for yourself, click here to complete the application. A representative from Kaia FIT will contact you to start the process. Our typical time frame from introductory call to signing the franchise agreement is approximately 60-90 days.

  • What states are currently available?

    We currently are offering franchises in: California, Nevada, Colorado, Texas, Utah, New Mexico, Idaho, Arizona, and Oregon. If you have interest in another market not listed, please note the specific area on your application for our consideration.

  • How much does it cost to open my Kaia FIT location?

    The cost to open a Kaia FIT location is detailed in our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), which will be made available to you upon receiving your completed application.


    The investment range is approximately $95,000 – $192,000, which includes your initial franchise fee of $39,500. Your total investment will vary depending upon market conditions, lease rates, and other state and city requirements. 

  • What attributes and experience does Kaia FIT look for in a franchisee?

    Our successful Kaia FIT franchise owners bring a wide variety of experience in both their personal and professional lives. We look for owners that have previous experience in managing and inspiring employees, understanding the financial aspects of growing and operating a business, and enjoy being a part of the community.

  • What type of training and support will I receive?

    A Kaia FIT franchise affords a complete turnkey operation. We are with you every step of the way from site selection assistance to build out guidance and grand opening.


    As an owner, you will receive five days at corporate for your training, as well as ongoing support in all aspects of operating your Kaia FIT.


    Our annual conference and other franchisee activities throughout the year allows our Kaia FIT franchisees to collaborate.

  • Do I need a background in fitness and nutrition?

    It certainly helps to have had experience in group fitness coaching and have an understanding of nutrition and the benefits of a whole foods diet. However, we understand that sometimes being in the fitness and nutrition business may have been a dream of yours and you have been in a career difficult to transition out of. Therefore, we definitely look at your desires and business acumen during our interview process to navigate through this. If this is a new industry for you then you will be required to receive a national group fitness certification following your Kaia FIT certification within 6 months from completion of our Kaia FIT Certification approval.

  • Am I assigned a protected territory?

    A Kaia FIT franchisee is assigned a geographic territory around their Kaia FIT locations. We determine the geographical territory based upon a number of demographic and industry factors.

  • What is the term of the franchise agreement?

    The initial term of your Franchise Agreement is five years with the option to renew for an additional five-year term, subject to satisfying certain renewal conditions.
